Park Rules
Campground Policy
- Check-in time is 3:00pm
- Check out time is 11:00am
- Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00am
- Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
- Please observe the one-way roads.
- Please do not park or drive on the grass.
- Extra vehicles and guests must be parked in designated parking areas.
- RV sites are not roads. Please do not drive through them.
- Please respect others by not walking through their sites.
- We love pets! Please respect others by keeping all pets contained or on a leash while walking them. Please be mindful to clean up after them.
- At this time, laundry facilities, bath houses and showers are not available.
- All guests are responsible for their own trash disposal.
- Be mindful that there are wild animals in the vicinity. Please do not leave food scraps or containers outside.
- Bear-proof trash bins are located next to the maintenance building for your convenience.
- There is also a pay greenbox waste site available at 14692 Sylvan Dr if necessary for excessive garbage. OPEN 9am-5pm Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat
- Due to the dry climate, open fireworks and wood-burning fires are strictly prohibited. However, guests may choose to use propane fire pits or charcoal bbq grills.
- No auto repairs or changing oil in RV sites.
- All overnight guests must be registered. The park assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause.
- Guests and visitors who are uncooperative or violate park rules may be asked to vacate without warning or refund
Cancelation Policy
- At the time of booking, a 50% deposit of the full reservation amount is required.
- 20% of the full reservation amount is non-refundable.
- During peak season, June 21-Aug 31, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Any remaining balance due will automatically be charged 1 day prior to arrival. Should the payment be declined, the reservation will be cancelled.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full reservation amount.
- Cancellations made 7 days to 24 hours prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the full reservation amount.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the standard 20% of the full reservation amount. (remainder of deposit amount will be refunded).
- The remainder of your reservation total will automatically be charged 7 days prior to arrival. Should your payment be declined, your reservation will be cancelled.
- Reservations cancelled 24 hours or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount of the stay.
- Reservations cancelled 7 days to 24 hours prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the reservation total.
- Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 20% of the full reservation. (30% deposit will be refunded).
